Sql Excel : TIP

When column A has a column of data and we want to copy a formula down
column B, the following is a handy method based on keyboard shortcuts:
1. Type the formula in the first cell in column B where there is data in column
2. Move the cursor to column A.
3. Hit Ctrl+down arrow to go to the end of the data in column A
(Command+down arrow on a Mac)
4. Hit the right arrow to move to column B.
5. Hit Ctrl+Shift+up arrow to highlight all of column B (Command+up arrow
on a Mac).
6. Hit Ctrl+D to copy the formula down the column.
Voila! The formula gets copied without a lot of fiddling with the mouse and
with menus.
