Essbase @POWER

Returns the value of the specified member or expression raised to power.

Syntax

@POWER (expression, power)
Parameter Description
expression Single member specification, variable name, function, or other numeric
expression.
power Single member specification, variable name, function, or other numeric
expression.

Notes

  • If expression is negative,
    and if power is not an integer, Essbase returns #MISSING.
  • If the value calculated by @POWER is an infinite number, Essbase returns #MISSING.
